Celebrate World Anthropology Day Sept. 15 with WAPA and DC Social Scientists! Anthropology Day is a day for anthropologists to celebrate our discipline while sharing it with the world around us. Help us celebrate what anthropology is and what it can achieve by participating in an event in your community, on your campus, or in your workplace.
During this informal gathering at McGinty's Public House in Silver Spring, we will be joined by members of the DC Social Scientists Meetup group for this special day in honor of anthropology! Please register if possible so we'll have an idea of how many people to expect. We will be meeting in the upstairs bar area. Ask for the Anthropology group.
