Corrected! 2017 Praxis award and reception at AAAs

The 2017 Praxis Award, recognizing outstanding achievement in translating anthropological knowledge into action as reflected in a single project or specific endeavor, will be given at the conclusion of the NAPA business meeting (beginning at 8 PM in the Coolidge Room at the Marriott Wardman Park), with a reception to follow (details forthcoming).  This year's candidates were especially strong and we hope that you will come to learn about and acknowledge their achievements.
